Senator WONG (Minister for Climate Change and Water) (8:04 PM) —In relation to item (5), this really is the same issue as the AFPC. The AIRC will be replaced by Fair Work Australia, and the functions, powers and matters to take into account for the operation of Fair Work Australia will be determined as part of the government’s substantive workplace relations reform.
