Can the minister indicate whether expertise has been sourced from the fields identified in the amendment, namely tertiary sector management, the research sector, teaching and learning, the evaluation of capital infrastructure and knowledge transfer to industry? Can the minister assure the committee that board members will, individually or collectively, cover each of those fields?
