Senator SCULLION (Minister for Community Services) (7:34 PM) —I understand that roads of that nature are the responsibility of the Northern Territory. If I could go again to my submission before the dinner break, when you said that you thought Baniyala was to be a prescribed community: I have been advised that that is not the case. It may well be that it is under another name. I advise that prescribed communities have over 100 people. I thought there were about 60 in Baniyala, but perhaps we got that wrong. But, for your benefit, it may not be the case that Baniyala is intended to be prescribed.
