Senator JOHNSTON (Minister for Justice and Customs) (10:59 AM) —Madam Temporary Chair, I have no problems with that. I am happy for the honourable senator to speak to blocks of amendments. He may speak to them in any way that he likes. I am happy to re-put the amendments in terms of the blocks that he would require if that assists him. I would not imagine that there would be any difficulty in speaking to all of them in any shape or form that he would require.

The TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN (Senator Moore)—We will proceed with them together, by leave, and then we will vote on them in separate batches. We will proceed to deal with government amendments (1) to (33).
