Senator CHERRY (10:50 AM)
—I just wanted to note for the record that the deregulation of reserve services occurred in 1994 under a Labor government, under communications minister Michael Lee. What we voted on today is only a tiny clarification of the extent of that exclusion. It seems that Senator Bishop's many qualities do not include a particularly good memory.
Question agreed to.
