—I understand from the minister's previous answer that it is impossible to list who the lawyer would be at that stage. I think the phrase `so the warrant must identify such a lawyer' is ambiguous as to whether that requires the warrant to actually list the name of the lawyer. The minister is saying that it does not, and I accept that. I wonder then why we need it. Why can't we just end note 3 with the comment: `contact a single lawyer of the person's choice'? Why do we need the last phrase of note 3? To me it is somewhat ambiguous as to whether there is an intention to list the name of the lawyer.
