The ACTING DEPUTY PRESIDENT (Senator Collins)—I remind senators that section 128 of the Constitution requires that the proposed law be passed by an absolute majority. Therefore, the bells will be rung for four minutes and the Senate will vote to enable the names of senators voting to be recorded.
