Senator LUDWIG (Manager of Opposition Business in the Senate) (9:23 PM) —The bill then breaks that down to a public corporation and a private company. Perhaps when you take that advice you could advise the committee how you come to a conclusion that a constitutional corporation would be regarded as a public entity, if it were also a private company. I am not too sure how that could occur.
