Senator TROETH (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry) (7:40 PM) —I think Senator O'Brien attaches undue importance to the Cape Wools issue in the sense that that was the only matter that the board was dealing with. It was a matter that was part of a range of issues which the AWRAP board was dealing with, and that is the context in which the minister would have regarded it. As I said in my earlier answer, it was a matter for the board to deal with.
