Senator HERRON (Minister for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs) (6:27 PM) —Senator Evans asked what the government's position was on that. The TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN (Sen-ator Lightfoot)—Do you intend to move your amendment?

Senator HERRON —Yes. I move:

(15) Amendment (3), omit "prescribed by the regulations", substitute "specified in the Sanctions Principles".

The TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN —I put the question that the amendment moved by Senator Herron be agreed to.

Question resolved in the affirmative.

The TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN —I now put the question that the amendments, as amended, be agreed to.

Question resolved in the affirmative.

Bill, as amended, agreed to.

Bill reported with amendments; report adopted.
