Senator IAN CAMPBELL (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts) (11:53 AM) —Again, it is to ensure that there is a very tight description so that it cannot be exploited, but we have ensured that, if it is greater than one kilometre and it is over a dedicated line, it will have the benefit of the exclusion. I think you will find that in most of those cases—be it remote mining or agricultural pursuit—there would be a dedicated line. In any event, they are usually places where the public grid is not in existence.
