As we know from discussions we have had about these lunchtime bills, they are non-controversial bills and I appreciate the cooperation of honourable senators. This bill provides a legislative framework to enable Australia's ultimate accession to the Madrid protocol. I commend the bill to the chamber and I thank honourable senators for their cooperation.
