Senator HARRADINE (12:24 PM) —I do not know why Senator Brown said to me that I should make sure that we should not take our orders from the executive. I have been here for 25 years and I have never taken any instruction or order in my voting here from the executive. I know well that this house is a house of review. I point that out, and respectfully suggest that we get on with the business. I intend to vote for the bill if my amendment fails.
