Senator RIDGEWAY (1:19 PM) —by leave—On behalf of the Australian Democrats, we have been caught a little off guard and have not had the opportunity to consider the late amendment. Amendment not agreed to.

Original question resolved in the affirmative.

Bill read a second time, and passed through its remaining stages without amendment or debate.
