Senator KEMP (Assistant Treasurer) (6:13 PM) —I have checked with my advisers. The Hansard will show whether you mentioned that they will require regulation. I don't think people can remember it on this side. You may have said it; you may not have said it. We will all check the Hansard to see whether this is another effort by Senator Faulkner to mislead the Senate—it may not be. I am a reasonable man. He has had such a record of misleading the chamber that nothing would surprise me. I am seeking some advice on the matters raised.
