Senator FAULKNER (5:35 PM) —I assume from the minister's comment that he wants to provide some more information before we move on because he said that he is seeking some further advice which I am happy to await.

Senator Kemp —That advice is being provided. We could move on if there were some other matters that you wish to raise.

Senator FAULKNER —Could you let us know what the advice is?

Senator Kemp —As soon as I get it, I will give it to you.

Senator FAULKNER —So you haven't received it?

The TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN (Senator Murphy) —We can proceed with these particular amendments and this matter can be further followed while the minister is getting advice.

Senator FAULKNER —You know how cooperative the opposition is, Mr Temporary Chairman. If that would assist the committee, that is fine.
