Senator IAN CAMPBELL (4:19 PM) —In accordance with the provisions of the Parliament Act 1974, I present five proposals by the National Capital Authority, together with supporting documentation, as follows: erection of temporary structures associated with the running of the National Capital 100 V8 Supercar race, proposed by the Canberra Tourism and Events Corporation to be held in June 2000; upgrading the East Block and West Block car parks; installation of banner poles at the National Archives of Australia; landscaping works to the John Gorton Building; and refurbishment of the Treasury building.
