Senator BROWN (5:15 PM) —Madam Temporary Chairman Crowley, in response, the fact is that my door is open to Senator Kemp, your good self and any other senator at any other time. If he has difficulty getting down there, I can give him a corridor map to show him where it is. The proposals I canvassed in my speech on the second reading have been put before the Treasurer. It is not a case of not communicating with the government. These are cogent, sensible proposals that were put to the Treasurer and which the good senator ought to be able to respond to in here.
