Senator CARR (6:08 PM) —Minister, I had the good fortune to read Campus Review just a couple of weeks ago. It was able to detail a draft report outlining certain criteria for accreditation.


Senator Ellison —Hearsay.


Senator CARR —The minister interjects and says that it is hearsay. The report of the Campus Review some weeks ago detailed what was purported to be a draft of the criteria for accreditation for these new universities. Was the document that they reproduced an accurate document? Did it reflect the committee's thinking at that time?
