Senator ELLISON (Special Minister of State) (5:25 PM) —I will take that question on notice. I do not recall the department acknowledging any prima facie case. If that were done, an investigation might necessarily flow. I urge Senator Carr to be very careful in equating the acknowledgment of a prima facie case with a charge being laid or a finding of guilt. Normally the finding of a prima facie case results in a charge being laid. I am not aware of any charges being laid in that matter, but I will take it on notice.
