Senator HERRON (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs) (8:54 PM) —Section 88-2 of the act on page 326 under the title `Approved providers to keep records classified in Records Principles'. So it will be under those principles. Subsection (1) states:

An approved provider must keep records of the kind specified in the Records Principle.
