Senator ALSTON —I inform the Senate that Senator Robert Hill, the Minister for the Environment and Heritage and Minister representing the Prime Minister, the Minister for Trade, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Minister for Forestry and Conservation will be absent from the Senate for question time today. Senator Hill is attending the funeral of Judge Pasquale Pironi, late of South Australia's District Court, in Adelaide. During Senator Hill's absence, I shall take questions relating to the Prime Minister's portfolio, the Trade portfolio and the Foreign Affairs portfolio. Senator Minchin will take questions relating to the Environment and Heritage portfolio and the Forestry and Conservation portfolio.
