Senator LUNDY (8:10 PM) —Minister, I am finding all this quite interesting given that today a lot of the public statements by you have not, to my knowledge, deviated far from the course of the ABA being the first port of call for complainants. What you are describing is another layer for complaints to be dealt with in—from what I can interpret from what you have just put forward—some sort of community based body with $200,000 worth of funding that will be the first port of call for complaints arising from the community. Can you clarify what the process is and whether or not the first call that is made by a complainant goes to the ABA, or will it go to a different body?
