Senator CALVERT (9:30 AM) —Madam President, I seek your indulgence to raise a matter of the distribution of material in the chamber. Whilst not doubting the intentions of Senator Brown in sending round this document this morning, if I wanted to put a magazine promoting mining or something around the chamber would I have to approach you to do this? What is normal practice? Would you mind telling us?

The PRESIDENT —I have not seen the document. I shall look at it and make a statement later.
