Senator MARGETTS (1:37 PM) —You mentioned, Minister, in your statements at the conclusion of the second reading debate, that the representatives of the Deutsche Bank were at the forefront in Australia or in other countries in pushing these proposals. Where in general have these proposals come from? Have they come from consumer groups or have they come from the corporate interests?
