Senator STOTT DESPOJA (5:12 PM)
—I thank the minister for that answer. I would like some further information relating to the correspondence between the minister and the Leader of the Opposition. I am wondering whether the table in which Notre Dame University was to be placed was mentioned in the letter from the Leader of the Opposition, and whether this was an issue for discussion at any time. If it was, I am wondering what the nature of that discussion was.
You have certainly confirmed today that the Leader of the Opposition wrote to the minister, I believe in June of this year, but I am wondering whether there was mention in that correspondence of the table in which Notre Dame was to be placed.
