—I will put it another way. I apologise for my mind not being able to conjure up any more exciting examples than this one, but let us stick with it for the moment. If they thought they were going to get $4 million and they only got $3½ million, you could say that would be unforeseen, but it would not be exceptional. Let us say that there was only $100,000 difference or even $10,000 difference, you could argue that that would be unforeseen; in other words, unforeseen would cover the range.
