Senator ALLISON —I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move:

That the Senate—

(a) notes that Senator O'Chee assured the ethnic communities of Brisbane before the Queensland State election that the National Party of Australia directing preferences to the One Nation Party was not an issue because they would never be counted and that if he was wrong he would walk backwards from Brisbane to the Gold Coast;

(b) grants leave of absence for Senator O'Chee to complete his pledge to walk backwards to the Gold Coast eight times, because National Party preferences have elected eight One Nation Party members of Parliament; and

(c) calls on Senator O'Chee to extend his plea for tolerance to the indigenous Australians, not just Australians of Asian decent, whose rights he has rampaged against for his entire time in the Senate.
