Senator MARGETTS (12:55 PM) —Just briefly, the minister seems to have forgotten that something seems to have been missed out here—that is, the certainty for Aboriginal people that they will not be discriminated against and they will not lose their rights. That uncertainty does not seem to have been factored into the consideration.
