Senator MARGETTS (8:21 PM) —There is much in this legislation which is more than poor drafting, I would have to say, and this is not a sentence. You cannot read it, `It is unreasonable to live at home because it is unreasonable to live at home'. It is actually in italics, as in, `People who are self-supporting'. The next section does not say, `People who are self-supporting because people who are self-supporting'.


The TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN —Perhaps we might progress a little. As I understand, Minister, you said you were going to agree with the amendments. Is that correct?
