Senator HARRADINE(3.52 p.m.) —I move:

Schedule 2, item 63, section 190B (as amended), after subsection (6), insert:

   (6A)   The Registrar must consider that, prima facie, the assertion referred to in subsection (6) can be made out.

This amendment is necessary, otherwise you have a situation where you get a mere assertion, and that is really untenable. I think it would have been unintended.
