Senator HARRADINE(11.28 a.m.) —It is actually amendment No. 7. It is amendment No. 6 on the running sheet, but No. 6 was consequential on amendment No. 5 being successful, and amendment No. 5 was not successful.

The TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN —So we are now dealing with your amendment No. 7, are we?

Senator HARRADINE —I am sorry. I take the point that is being made. This is really into the next group on pastoral leases and diversification. I apologise to the chair and to the committee.

The TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN —So your amendment No. 6 is not being proceeded with?

Senator HARRADINE —No. And I point out that my amendment No. 1 has not yet been put or dealt with, but I understood that the government had an amendment to put to the committee in respect of the subject matter of my amendment.
