Senator MARGETTS(7.55 p.m.) —I move:

(102)   Schedule 1, item 9, page 74 (lines 6 and 7), omit the note.

The amendment is simply to remove the note which reads:

Note:    That Subdivision only applies to an act to the extent that the act relates to an onshore place: see note 24MC.

Our amendment actually removes that note, and I am assuming it is consequential on the amendments we have just passed.
