Senator MARGETTS(12.26 p.m.) —I understand, however, that in a case where it is a freehold pastoral area, if the calculations were made, basically you would be saying that it would be the value of this land for running sheep or cattle. The per hectare value of this land for running sheep or cattle would be the appropriate compensation mechanism for people's loss of their religious base, their life and their whole understanding of themselves. The appropriate compensation for the loss of that would be based on the freehold price of the land for, for instance, running sheep or cattle.
