Senator BOLKUS(12.10 p.m.) —The point is, Senator Minchin, you are talking here not just of an auditor; you are talking here of a person appointed under section 203DF(1). That person could very well be a member of the Attorney-General's Department or another agent of some description. What protection is there in the law to ensure that this does not happen?
