Senator MARGETTS(7.08 p.m.) —In a situation where you have a person who is, in effect, in two positions at once—one an acting position and one a permanent position—what is the process, and what has been the process, of assessing whether or not it is working? What is the criteria? How has it been assessed to see whether that situation is working, particularly where the person is holding an acting position? What consultative process has taken place to ascertain whether that process is satisfactory?
