Senator HERRON (Minister for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs)(3.02 p.m.) —Madam President, you will recall that during question time Senator Faulkner, with much feigned indignation, rage and disdain, said that a number of questions had not been answered. I draw to the attention of Senator Faulkner, and the rabble behind him who barracked him in that, that the answers to the questions asked by Senator Gibbs—

The PRESIDENT —You should withdraw that remark.

Senator HERRON —I will withdraw, Madam President. The answers to the question from Senator Gibbs on capital gains tax and the question from Senator Denman on the protection of accommodation bonds were provided on Tuesday, 21 October. Senator McKiernan's questions on medical expenses rebates and Senator Ray's question on the cost of a possible advertising campaign were provided on Monday, 27 October. Senator Neal's question on child care was answered on 28 October, in contradistinction to what was alleged.

There are some questions that have not been answered, and I will get back to the Senate as soon as possible with the answers to those questions if they are available.
