Senator HARRADINE(10.53 a.m.)
—It really was not a question of as far as I want to go. I raised a question about the government's undertaking to the public before the last election. If you want to know where I want to go, I will be happy to have that discussion on a basis of principle at any time. But I am raising with the minister the question that arises from his legislation here as to what he means by the X category. Does he mean that the legislation will be amended to
prohibit the showing of X-classified material by those described in new subclause (3) of clause 11 of schedule 2?
