—I would be interested to know on what basis that calculation is made. If you are saying you do not know what it is going to be like in X years time, how do know what it is going to be like in a year's time? I put it to you that there is a requirement for the TAFE sector to provide these additional services as a direct result of the policies pursued by your government. You are calling for additional VET places. You are calling for youth allowances. You are calling for additional new apprenticeships. You are calling for new national training packages. You are calling for new VET programs in schools. You are saying that the TAFE system has to do that with a lower per capita cost. How is it going to do that without increasing waiting lists?
