Senator HARRADINE(12.33 p.m.) —As I said, he can do that if he wants to. Obviously, he is entitled to do it. What I will do if you do it that way is another matter. I think that the most appropriate thing, if he is choosing to move that way, would be to move the amendments and have the discussion on the matter now as a whole. I would certainly like to hear from the government.
