Senator ELLISON (Minister for Customs and Consumer Affairs and Minister Assisting the Attorney-General)(9.42 a.m.) —My advice to Senator Murray is that this amendment will not be needed in view of the prior amendments having been rejected, because what you are doing here is restricting it to Federal Court judges. The previous amendment widened the pool. Therefore, that not having passed, this one then becomes redundant. That is my advice.
