Senator KEMP (Assistant Treasurer)(6.33 p.m.) —I have been at a number of meetings with Senator Murray and the Treasurer. My view is that this was an amendment essentially drafted by Senator Murray, but we attempted to get it fixed up at a very late stage and on the run. It did not achieve what was expected. Senator Murray can speak for himself on the nature of any agreement, but I am not sure that I can add anything further to it.
