Senator KEMP (Assistant Treasurer)(6.32 p.m.) —Senator Murray, I think you are playing it a bit tough there. I took you to say that, regardless of any arguments I can produce, you are sticking with your position. For a man like you, that is an unusual position to adopt, I would have to say. Senator, I have always felt that you were accessible to argument. If I misinterpreted you, I would very much like you to correct it. From what you were saying, I took it that, almost regardless of any advice my officers can provide, you will not change your mind.
