Senator COOK(6.24 p.m.) —I move:

(3)   Schedule 2, page 29 (lines 12 and 13), omit ", and at the time the income was derived,".

I have made all the arguments about this amendment in the debate on the foregoing amendments. I note as well that the Australian Democrats, the Greens and Senator Harradine have indicated support for this amendment. On that basis, I adopt all my previous arguments and ask the chamber to adopt this amendment.
