Senator CAMPBELL (Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer)(1.58 p.m.) —Senator Margetts, you may not have understood what I said. I only just understood it myself. The bill does not need to pick up this amendment. We are saying it is redundant because the existing law puts in place the $5 million cap. It is already there. You do not need to do this. That is what I am saying. We agree with you. You do not need to support the amendment to support your principle because it is already in the law.
