Senator BROWN(12.44 p.m.)
—If the Norwegian parliament can legislate for this sort of measure regarding the make-up of cabinet, we could do it for this convention. The Greens support the measure.
The TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN (Senator MacGibbon)
—The question is that the amendment be agreed to.
Senator Murray
—I would like to ask that the vote of the Democrats and the Greens in support of the amendment be recorded on the voices please.
Amendment negatived.
Progress reported.
