Senator MARGETTS(12.21 p.m.) —I gather that the government is intending to oppose item 12. It is hard to conceive why the government's original amendment, which they are now opposing, was proposed. Somehow I cannot imagine the circumstance under which anyone would explore, prospect or mine for artificially created minerals. We will join the government in opposing its original amendment.
