Senator FAULKNER (Leader of the Opposition in the Senate)(4.03 p.m.) —I thank Senator Hill for that; obviously, it would be appreciated if that could be done expeditiously. What I am grappling with, and what I expect those participating in the debate are grappling with, is the issue of what extra obligations have been placed on the board of the Natural Heritage Trust in terms of its administration as a result of the Prime Minister's communication. That is the issue that I am interested in—the extra obligations that are placed upon you and Minister Anderson as a result of the Prime Minister's directive. I would appreciate the letter; it would be helpful if that could be tabled. Perhaps you could benefit the Senate with advice on that issue that I have just raised.
