Senator KEMP (Assistant Treasurer)(6.44 p.m.) —One of the fundamental and exciting aspects of it is that they are concessionally taxed. The longer term deposit accounts which you are referring to do not attract the tax concessions that are available to superannuation and will be available to RSAs. You have stated a number of other aspects which distinguish the difference, but these RSAs appropriately—and this is one of the rationales for them—do attract the tax concessions which are available to superannuation.
