Senator LUNDY(6.43 p.m.) —Just one very brief point. Minister, can you describe—in point form almost—what distinguishes what you have described as an RSA, where you have to provide anywhere up to 12 months notice, from the bank products that are currently in existence called `term deposit accounts'? What are the distinctions between term deposit accounts and RSAs, beside the fact that they attract, quite specifically, superannuation contributions and the fact that employers can open them up on behalf of employees?
